Automatization Production lines

We began a large-scale project under our partner company, Strunk Conect Czech, installing a Chinese production line from the company FHS.

It arrived by train in 10 shipping containers.

On the production line itself, we performed the following tasks:

Full safety compliance according to Czech standards
Complete assembly – positioning of stations and 14 robots
Commissioning of all processes at individual stations
Installation of a 3D scanner
Translation of operating panels / HMIs
Modification of control cabinets where wire gauges or colors were not compliant, along with a range of other important details
Support during production launch and fine-tuning of all details
Process optimization to achieve the desired cycle time
