Inspection jig for connectors

A small, compact, and portable device for the correct assembly of M12 industrial connectors.

Our device prevents the wires from being inserted in the wrong color order during connector assembly.

After placing an empty connector, its presence is confirmed, which starts the cycle.

Once the cycle is initiated, the first wire dispenser unlocks and lights up (while the others remain locked and unlit), and the first blocking plate slides in to prevent a wire from being inserted into the wrong position by covering it. The operator can then take the first wire and has only one possible position to insert it.

After confirming insertion, the next dispenser unlocks and lights up, and the next blocking plate is activated. Only when all wires are inserted can the connector be removed from the device.

The device is designed for 6 types of connectors. After releasing the locking pin at the back of the device, the insertion adapters can be rotated to change to a different type.
